The conference recognized how leaders and managers of organizations are forced to revisit their strategic plans and operations and called for cross-sector collaborations and building stronger ecosystems.

The conference’s keynote speaker was Ms. Jeannie Javellosa, co-founder of ECHOstore, GREAT WOMEN, and ECHOsi Foundation, who talked about how the ECHOsi Foundation promotes women entrepreneurship across the country. Featured plenary speakers included DLSU School of Economics Full Professor Dr. Myrna Austria, who talked about “The Philippines in the AEC: Challenges and Opportunities”; RVR College of Business Full Professor Dr. Benito Teehankee, who tackled “Building actionable knowledge for responsible management and sustainable business practices: The role of critical realism”, and Mr. Stephen A.
